For decades, humans learned software.
We learned where the buttons were. We learned how CRMs wanted information entered. We learned how project-management systems expected work to move. We redesigned our businesses around the limitations of software, one concession at a time, and after a while we stopped noticing we were doing it.
AI creates the possibility of reversing that relationship. I write about that shift while actively building through it — which mostly means writing about the parts that don't work yet.

Where I build
Astronaut Industries — an all-in-one platform where a business's website, CRM, phone, email, invoicing and automation live in one connected environment. It's not my company. It's the platform I build on, and the place these ideas get tested against real customers, real money and real Thursday afternoons.
Why I write
The goal isn't to predict the future perfectly. It's to document the transition while we're inside it — including the wrong turns, which are the part everyone edits out later.
The interesting part isn't what AI can say. It's what we're about to let it do.
